I'm not able to get into rescue mode so that I can restore the OFW. After reboot, I get VFD READY then the question RESCUE?, then I press the Volume Up key but the box keeps booting the E2 firmware. As a result, I'm not able to get back to the OFW. The AzUP software keeps telling me that I'm not in rescue mode and eventually reboots the box. Azbox Elite.
