Your argument is invalid.™

• - The Piratenpartij.nl domain is not under my control.
• - The Piratenpartij.nl domain is not hosting ( unlicensed ) copies.
• - If the copyrighted works are _published_ by Microsoft it is Microsoft who madethem public.

Furthermore I conclude that you have send me a automated unsolicited message.
This violates Dutch and European law, allowing me to file a complaint with the Dutch Telecoms authorities.

The fines will be quite high. I'm sorry for this.

So in order to lower your operational costs I've been so kind to reported your email servers with SPAMHAUS.
The largest anti-spam firm in the world. This means that approximately 2/3 of the internet routers on the world will no longer route your data c.q deliver your emails.
You might find that it's rather odd for this to be possible, yet it's your client Microsoft who lobbied for this to be possible.

My argument, which is not invalid™ states that i believe *also in good faith* that a human being would reasonably know that tpb.piratenpartij.nl is a reverse proxy for "The Piratebay".
Considering the nature of your business it's only extra reasonable to assume you do. This provides sufficient evidence for marketly to violate various laws.

Henceforth, I advise you to no longer send me or my peers more SPAM.
In case you do however, I'll prosecute you to the fullest extend of the European Law.
